This can be quite the controversial question. Does ham belong on a chicken parma or not? Does it completely disqualify the dish or not?
Everyone’s got their favourite pub parma, so who do you think serves the best?
Well the very best parma is at Omerta which is technically not a pub so I would have to say the best ‘pub’ parma is served at the Beresford. Just haven’t been able to beat it.
