Fisherman’s Wharf in Pyrmont (above Sydney Fish Market). Service is a damn sight better than the Chinatown behemoth spanning two floors (surely you can guess which one I mean) – and all the usual goodies are on offer and tasty as can be.

Bondi Junction -> Noble Court. Above Eastern Suburbs Leagues Club.
High ceilings, great food, elegant fit out. Value for money is incredible and the food is delicious.

Love Marigold too (Levels 4 & 5, 683-689 George Street, Sydney, 5 minutes from Central Station), we really enjoy the buzz, large restaurant, gets very busy but generally good service. Great to take the kids as it’s so noisy you don’t care if they act up!
