I guess it depends on what you’re after in terms of a lunch, but one of my favourite places is Ministry of Food on Bligh St. Yummy food, big portions, lots of variety… I never seem to go past their paella, though.

Big Bite! In a little arcade next to Hungry Jacks on Pitt Street. Best sandwich this side of Carnegie Deli in NYC, for sure.

Quay is the ultimate Sydney lunch experience. Overlooking the Opera House and Harbour Bridge with food that is among Sydney’s top 2 or 3! This is super quality fine dining. As a bonus, there is Free…yes you read right…I said FREE parking in Sydney, right at the door!!! Located at the northern end of the Overseas Passenger Terminal.

Becasse offers great value lunch specials from another of Sydney’s leading restaurants. Beautiful decor and a wonderful menu from one of our leading chefs. Located in Kent Street.

I don’t know its name but the Sushi Train in TGV has $3 sushi and amazing service. The sushi variety is brilliant with table ordering as well.
