My favourite free entertainment in Sydney is attending festivals and luckily Sydney has lots of them! Some of my favourites include: Bairro Português Petersham Food & Wine Fair, Masala Nights(Parramatta), Darling Harbour Fiesta, Manly Jazz Festival,
Granny Smith Festival (Eastwood), Sydney Life (Hyde Park), Ferragosta Festival (Five Dock), Aroma Festival(The Rocks) and Moocooboola Festival (Hunters Hill). Sydney is indeed one of the best cities for festivals!

Live bands in pubs are often free!
Can mention furious five back at the Panania Hotel on January 29 and Janalli Inn on February 18. Both Saturday nites.
