Now and then, you need to find somewhere that’s a little smaller when you’re catching up for drinks with mates. Lucky for us that small bars are appearing everywhere all over Sydney these days.

Thinking about bars in CBD Sydney and the inner suburbs, what would you recommend as the best bar in Sydney for a tiny, hidden away drinking hole that’s more intimate than most?

Or perhaps you prefer some top bars in Sydney with an open air feel… there are definitely some intimate roof bars out there to be discovered.

Let us know what your favourite intimate bars and lounges in Sydney are.

Ash street cellar works for me. Lane way makes for more intimate atmosphere.
