Somehow I doubt there’s a shark walking the corridors of any hospital. Especially as they are endangered.

epiphany are you for real? go get an education, *then* come back and read what you just wrote .. shakes head ...

I remember hearing, when I was a kid (like 40 years ago) that there was a World War II "command centre" under Sydney. I knew about the one under a park at Bankstown, and the various tunnels and reserviour under St James, but never found anything credible to support this.

We used to be a convict dumping yard, back in the 1800's. All their descendants make up the anglo saxon population of what is now renowned as australians, don't get me wrong i love being a aussie, but it's a fact~!

without a doubt it would have to be the tale of the girl from country NSW who was out for a big night in the city. Having apparently drunk massive amounts of alcohol and consumed some class A's, whilst dancing in the upstairs room at Home nightclub she was overcome with the need to use the facilities.

in her wasted state she mistook the dj booth for a toilet cubicle and it was only midway though squatting behind said dj booth and having taken a crap, under the watch of about 100 other clubbers she suddenly realised where/what she was doing, wiped her ass with her hand and ran through the crowd never to be seen again.

The Grey Nurse is told to lurk the old Hospital in Parramatta (one of the buildings was recently knocked down for the new Justice Precinct, however). It has been exclaimed by people who haven’t even heard of the legend to have seen a nurse walking through the halls.
+
Another legend came from my old High School. It is said that there was a student who was arrogant and created a lot of trouble. One afternoon, while walking through the corridors - he was caught! A teacher was dressed in a Gorilla suit and had been hiding in a closet waiting for him. The details become unclear, but the student learnt modesty and stopped creating trouble in the end.
